Key Responsibilities:
HRBP Article:
- Liase with Leadership Talent Acqusition team to support hiring of articles and Industrial training
- Laise with training team for Genesis, provide input to drive successful completion of Genesis
- Ongoing catch ups with articles to keep them enagaged including remote earticles
- Draft and identify early markers for Articles to be successful in the organization- 30-60-90 days
- Article payroll end to end
- Handle leaves and other policies for articles
- Liase with admin to ensure ICAI formalities and statutory requirement, if any
- Maintain ICAI relationship and plan visits to campus for ongoing engagement
- Organize workshops for articles
- Handling conversions of articles- Liase with HRBP and TA team for inputs.
Work closely with HR Director to drive engagement within KNAV:
- Execute employee engagement Wheel strategies and initiatives for all practice.
Conduct surveys, focus groups, and interviews to gather feedback and insights on employee satisfaction and engagement levels. - Collaborate with HR, leadership, and diverse teams to implement any additional programs and activities that promote employee well-being and engagement.
- Organize events, workshops, to drive an engaging work environment.
- Monitor key metrics and analytics related to employee engagement and propose improvements based on data analysis.
- Act as a point of contact for employees to address concerns, provide support, and promote a positive workplace culture.
- Ensure effective communication channels are in place to share information, updates, and recognition within the organization.
- Stay abreast of best practices and trends in employee engagement to continuously enhance strategies and initiatives.
