Director – International Assurance & Accounting

Description:

• Limited domestic travel and telecommute when required to lead, execute and deliver valuation engagements by participating in all aspects of accounting/assurance projects, from proposal through completion.
• Manage engagements for valuations (business valuation, tangible, and intangibles) for various purposes including management planning; financial reporting; tax and regulatory compliance.
• Manage engagements efficiently by planning time and cost budgets. Oversee day-to-day assignments, assume responsibility for quality control.
